Dr. Devi Singh Kchhawa
This website collects nothing itself. If you send a message by WhatsApp or email, the doctor's office uses it only to reply and arrange your consultation. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Who we are
This website belongs to Dr. Devi Singh Kchhawa, Consultant Surgical Oncologist and Assistant Professor (Surgery), Acharya Tulsi Regional Cancer Treatment & Research Institute, PBM Hospital, Bikaner. The private clinic is at 2 A/7, Pawan Puri Road, Medical College Circle, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean the doctor’s office.
This notice explains how personal data is handled in connection with this website. We aim to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. The DPDP Rules, 2025 are being phased in, so some duties may start applying at different times. We will update this notice as the rules take effect.
What this website collects
Nothing, by itself. The site has no database and no server of its own that stores your details. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and hosts its own fonts.
The site is delivered by Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
The appointment request page
The appointment request page turns what you type (name, phone, age, city, concern and preferred day) into a ready-made message. Typing happens in your own browser. The site does not store or transmit it.
Nothing is sent until you choose to send the message yourself, by WhatsApp or email. Please do not type detailed medical history, diagnoses or reports into the form. Reports can be shared during the consultation, or by WhatsApp if you choose.
WhatsApp and email
When you send a message, it travels through a third-party service: WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them. If you prefer, you can phone +91 94685 67376 or write to devisinghkchhawa@gmail.com directly.
Health information
Information about your health is sensitive. Share only what you choose to share, and only what is useful for arranging a consultation. A short note about your concern is enough. The detailed discussion happens at the consultation.
How the doctor’s office uses messages
We use messages you send to reply to you, to arrange a consultation, and to follow up on that appointment. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or publish it.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in the WhatsApp or email account of the doctor’s office. We keep them only as long as needed for the purpose above, or longer if the law requires. Medical records created during care are kept as required by applicable medical and legal rules.
Your rights
Subject to the law, you may ask to:
- see what personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- have your data erased when it is no longer needed; and
- make a complaint about how your data has been handled.
To do any of these, write to the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Grievances
For any privacy question or complaint, write to devisinghkchhawa@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the authorities provided under Indian law, including the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.
Children
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us for you. We will deal with the parent or guardian about a child’s consultation.
